Funding of the CVJM Youth Foundation Würzburg

The CVJM Youth Foundation Würzburg sustainably supports committed youth work in the Bavaria region through targeted funding of voluntary services and technical infrastructure. Non-profit organizations within CVJM Würzburg benefit from annually provided grants to ensure the long-term security of social, educational, and democracy-building projects. With a clear focus on children and youth education as well as social cohesion, the foundation makes an important contribution to strengthening non-profit structures and supporting young people in the Voluntary Social Year (FSJ) and the Federal Volunteer Service (BFD).

Specifically, a one-time amount of €4,000 per FSJ/BFD position is covered for remuneration to enable the deployment of participants in leisure and youth work. Additionally, up to €500 per year can be applied for technical equipment in the youth sector, such as media, sports, or event devices. The continuous acquisition of endowments, donations, and legacies secures the continuation of funding opportunities, while applications can be submitted at any time. The CVJM Youth Foundation Würzburg operates as a community foundation of the Christian Association of Young People Würzburg e.V. and relies on transparency and sustainability to optimally support and sustainably promote young volunteers.
