Funding of the Dieter Fuchs Foundation

The Dieter Fuchs Foundation continuously supports projects in Lower Saxony that align with the foundation’s objectives in the fields of science, education, upbringing, art, and culture. Through grants, it promotes research and teaching initiatives, training and further education, cultural events, awards and scholarships, as well as publications and integrative educational and upbringing projects. Eligible for funding are non-profit organizations, educational institutions, public bodies, as well as private individuals, including researchers, students, young professionals, and cultural workers. A thematic alignment with the foundation’s goals forms the basis of every application submission.

Applications can be submitted at any time and are made using a application form along with a completed data protection declaration. Project ideas ranging from economics, political and social sciences, agricultural and food technology to integrative cultural projects are individually reviewed and financially supported if they fit the criteria.
