Promotion of measures for the reorganization of rural land ownership and the development of rural areas in Baden-Württemberg. This includes procedures under the Land Consolidation Act, voluntary land and usage exchanges, village development measures, as well as infrastructure measures within land consolidations. Also funded are the development of Integrated Rural Development Concepts (ILEK), regional management for the implementation of regional development strategies, and small projects within the framework of a regional budget.

Description
The promotion of land consolidation and land development – Integrated Rural Development (FördR ILE) supports projects for the reorganization of rural areas and the sustainable shaping of rural spaces in Baden-Württemberg. Eligible applicants include companies, public institutions, participant communities, water and soil associations, as well as natural persons. Funding is provided for both classic land consolidation procedures according to the Land Consolidation Act and voluntary land and usage exchanges, village development measures, as well as investment infrastructure projects in towns with fewer than 10,000 inhabitants. Furthermore, the program includes the development of Integrated Rural Development Concepts (ILEK), the establishment of regional management for the implementation of regional development strategies, and small projects within the framework of a regional budget. For all measures, the funding rate ranges between 35% and 85% of eligible expenses, for example for surveying costs, project preparatory work, infrastructure measures, or concept development.
A prerequisite for support is, among other things, the determination of an eligible project in the road and water plan according to § 41 FlurbG or a corresponding accompanying plan. Projects should be located in regions with agricultural structural or general economic deficits and document their impact on nature and landscape. For investment measures in smaller municipalities, a usage concept developed jointly with the lower land consolidation authority is required. In addition, ILEK and regional management must be created in coordination with relevant stakeholders, and their participation must be transparently documented. Applications can be submitted at any time before the start of the measure through the responsible land consolidation authorities; required documents include the application form, road and water plan with landscape management accompanying plan, usage concept, project description, and financing plan.
