Funding Initiative of the Sparkassen Foundation Bad Hersfeld-Rotenburg
The Charitable Foundation of the Sparkasse Bad Hersfeld-Rotenburg supports regional engagement in the district of Hersfeld-Rotenburg through the annual distribution of income from the foundation’s assets. Funding is exclusively provided for capital measures of charitable and benevolent organizations, clubs, and associations based in the district of Hersfeld-Rotenburg. The focus areas include public health and welfare care (including elderly care), youth and youth welfare, sports, education, general and vocational training, arts and culture (including monument preservation), local heritage, regional studies, as well as nature and environmental protection. Applications may be submitted until December 31, 2026, with the allocation decisions made by the board of trustees at its meeting in February/March each year.
