The Health Foundation of the Health Academy e.V. supports nonprofit organizations, associations, interest groups, and public institutions nationwide that are committed to health promotion, social participation, and engagement for social cohesion and democracy. As an ongoing funding program, grants are available to strengthen civic engagement for healthy lifestyles, secure independent patient information and counseling, and illuminate health policy issues from the perspective of citizens and patients. A prerequisite for application is nonprofit status or association status, independence from economic interests, and a project in the area of health promotion or patient support.
