Funding of the Hans Kiener Foundation (local social projects in the Fürstenfeldbruck district)

The funding from the Hans Kiener Foundation continuously supports local social initiatives in the Fürstenfeldbruck district and neighboring communities in Bavaria. Non-profit organizations, interest groups, or associations with charitable purposes receive financial resources within the framework of a grant program for projects in the areas of social affairs, children and youth, education, vocational training, migration, as well as engagement for social cohesion and democracy. The foundation places great emphasis on sustainable project development and strengthening existing structures to create long-term effective prospects for disadvantaged individuals. The allocation of funds is ongoing and aligned with the statutory objectives to promote youth and elderly care, education, public and vocational training, welfare services, refugee assistance, and support for those in need (§ 53 AO). A prerequisite is activity within the Fürstenfeldbruck district or immediate surroundings, as well as recognition as a non-profit or charitable institution.

With the funding program, the foundation aims to reduce social inequality and increase equal opportunities, especially for children, youth, families, seniors, refugees, people with disabilities, formerly incarcerated individuals, and single parents. Funded measures strengthen self-esteem and participation, promote resilience and training opportunities, thereby contributing to the stabilization of social coexistence. Interested organizations may submit project applications at any time; there is no fixed application deadline to accommodate needs in an unbureaucratic manner. Through transparent and continuous grant allocation, the foundation makes a significant contribution to improving living conditions in the region and sustainably strengthens social cohesion.
