Description
Support for Integrative Enterprises in Vienna
In Vienna, integrative enterprises are supported under the Disabled Employment Act to offset additional disability-related expenses and to provide apprenticeship training positions for young people with disabilities. Companies can apply for grants at any time – the funding opportunity is unlimited in duration. The program is granted as a 100% subsidy for a period of 12 months and supports personnel costs for trainers, specialist support, and special education teachers, as well as apprentice wages including ancillary wage costs, boarding, and external training expenses. A flat-rate overhead subsidy of 7% rounds off the reimbursable expenses. The goal is the sustainable strengthening of the professional participation of people with disabilities and the increase of their employability through qualified apprenticeship training.
Eligible for funding are all integrative enterprises in the legal form according to the Disabled Employment Act that offer work and training positions for eligible disabled youth. Evaluation is based on compliance with legal criteria, capacity to provide training positions, and the quality of specialist support and supervision. Reimbursement is made on the basis of proven actual costs and a detailed planned cost report. Through this funding, integrative enterprises can further develop their operational structures, secure specialists for special care needs, and sustainably advance inclusion in the labor market. Interested companies in Vienna can submit their applications continuously and benefit from the available funds.
