Eligible to apply are public-law entities, registered associations, foundations, and other non-commercial organizations based in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Funding is provided as a grant covering up to 80% of the eligible costs. The maximum funding amount is generally up to €1,500, and up to €5,000 with substantive involvement of the State Chancellery. A personal contribution of at least 10% of the total project costs must be demonstrated. Required documentation includes a project outline and a financing plan. Applications can be submitted at any time but must be received by the State Chancellery of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania no later than six weeks before the project start.
