Funding of the MA Rühl Foundation

The MA Rühl Foundation continuously supports non-profit initiatives and organizations in the greater Reutlingen/Tübingen area with grants. Funding is provided to associations, interest groups, and public institutions engaged in youth and senior services, healthcare, and palliative care. The aim of the support is to directly improve the lives of young and elderly people as well as sick and healthy citizens. Due to the family-oriented framework of the foundation, decisions are made transparently and personally, ensuring that funds quickly and directly reach where they are needed. Applications can be submitted at any time, provided the registered office or project location is in the region and non-profit status is proven.

The funding areas include regional engagement for children and youth, initiatives to strengthen social cohesion and democracy, as well as sustainable concepts in agriculture and rural development. In addition, projects in the fields of work & social affairs as well as health and palliative care are considered. Examples of previously supported projects range from voluntary palliative care to leisure and educational programs for youth, and senior-friendly neighborhood projects. Through targeted funding, impulses are intended to be set that contribute to the long-term strengthening of social cohesion in the region and actively involve people of all ages in the community.
