Description

The R.SH helps help Foundation supports social initiatives and projects throughout Schleswig-Holstein. As a non-profit foundation under civil law based in Kiel, it continues the long-standing commitment of the radio station R.SH and allocates 100% of all incoming donations to the funded projects. Administrative costs are fully covered by R.SH, ensuring that every contribution flows directly into charitable projects. The foundation’s board independently decides on the applications, and legal recourse is excluded.

Eligible for funding are organizations recognized as non-profit and public law entities whose projects have a clearly defined scope of impact within Schleswig-Holstein. Informal applications can be submitted at any time and must include an informal funding request, a detailed project description, and a breakdown of the required funding. After reviewing all documents, a written decision is made by the foundation’s board. There are no deadlines for funding commitments, allowing applicants to act flexibly. Any deviations from the funding purpose must be reported immediately in writing, and proof of use – for example, in the form of reports or photographic documentation – must be submitted nine months after project completion. In cases of incomplete information, non-use of funds within nine months, or voluntary withdrawal, a refund is required.
