Description
Since its founding in 1985, the Sparkassen Foundation Groß-Gerau has been supporting non-profit projects in the Groß-Gerau district and has since awarded more than 3 million euros in grants. With ongoing application opportunities, the program is specifically aimed at associations, foundations, and other legal entities that implement cultural, artistic, and sporting offerings in the district. The focus is on initiatives for children and youth, music and media projects, cultural events, as well as movement initiatives that strengthen social cohesion and enrich regional diversity.
Only organizations recognized as non-profit with a current exemption certificate are eligible to apply. Project measures in the Groß-Gerau district within the mentioned thematic areas are eligible for funding. Non-eligible costs include, among others, personnel expenses, already completed projects, the printing of publications, the acquisition of art objects, as well as purely scientific studies and commercial offerings. A written application with a project description and proof of non-profit status are required for the application. The Sparkassen Foundation reviews all submitted documents promptly and awards grants in accordance with the applicable funding guidelines to sustainably support commitment and creativity on site.
