Description

The Sparkassenstiftung Jugend und Sport continuously supports non-profit initiatives in Lower Saxony, with a focus on the district of Lüneburg. It funds projects in the areas of youth welfare, education, as well as general and vocational education. Additionally, a variety of sports initiatives are subsidized, with emphasis on mass sports, children’s and youth sports, disabled sports, the procurement of sports equipment, and the improvement of training conditions. Sports events can also be supported through the foundation. Through this broad range of funding, the foundation contributes to sustainably strengthening community, equal opportunities, and social participation in the youth and sports sector.
