Description
The St. Antonius Foundation of the Archdiocese of Munich and Freising is committed to the charitable service of love towards the poor and needy in Bavaria. As a church foundation under public law, it specifically supports welfare organizations and institutions that care for and assist people with physical, mental, or emotional impairments. The focus is on providing buildings and financial grants to offer reliable framework conditions for church-affiliated providers. Through close cooperation with Department 6.2.1 of the Archdiocese of Munich and Freising, it is ensured that funding is used purposefully and efficiently to strengthen diaconal projects throughout the entire archdiocese.
Eligible for funding are non-profit organizations and public institutions dedicated to charity within the church context. The foundation accepts applications at any time, which must be submitted via a standardized project profile form. Both construction measures for providing premises and operational subsidies for ongoing aid services are supported. This continuous support aims to secure the stability of diaconal offerings and expand access to charitable services in urban and rural Bavaria. Interested providers can obtain all necessary documents upon request through the Archdiocese and thus easily present their project ideas and apply for sustainable funding for their non-profit services.
