Description
The Kreissparkasse Schwalm-Eder Foundation is committed to the regional, social, and economic development of the Schwalm-Eder district. With a clear focus on sustainable initiatives, it supports non-profit organizations in various funding areas, including children and youth, social affairs, sports, environmental/nature conservation, climate protection, animal welfare, science, labor & social issues, culture & media, energy efficiency & climate protection, as well as research & innovation. This support is provided through sponsorship and is primarily aimed at clubs and initiatives based in the region. Contributions of up to €1,500 are intended to help set new impulses and sustainably realize projects – for example, by supporting sports clubs that can benefit from new uniforms.
The funding is specifically targeted at organizations active in the Schwalm-Eder district that distinguish themselves through non-profit projects. Various initiatives whose fields of activity cover a broad spectrum may apply. Through consistent funding, social projects, environmental protection measures, or innovative approaches in science and research are to be strengthened. The foundation places great importance on all eligible applicants making a sustainable contribution to regional development. Additionally, all applicants must submit a completed application form, which is a prerequisite for participation in this sponsorship program.
The goal of the initiative is to promote regional development and sustainably strengthen local clubs and initiatives.
