Description

The "Kleine Hilfe" Foundation in Bavaria continuously grants subsidies for projects, institutions, and self-initiatives that stabilize and enrich the lives of socially disadvantaged or ill children and adolescents in Munich and the surrounding area. Funding is provided to non-profit organizations, interest groups, associations, public institutions, as well as private individuals engaged in the fields of children and youth, social affairs, health, and work & social services. Project proposals can be submitted at any time; there is no fixed deadline. With this unbureaucratic funding opportunity, the foundation particularly supports activities that promote individual support, inclusive offerings, and creative approaches—such as reading promotion, inclusion projects, leisure camps, or therapeutic measures.

The aim of the funding is to provide young people with special needs additional support and to sustainably strengthen regional initiatives. The foundation relies on broad eligibility for applications: from small neighborhood gatherings to school mentoring programs to specialized therapy groups, any project idea can be submitted. The decisive factors are the positive effects for participants and the quality of project implementation. Through continuous project funding, synergies arise between different actors in the Munich area, opening up perspectives, strengthening social cohesion, and enabling children and adolescents to participate in social and cultural life.
