Description

The Lebenshilfewerk Mölln-Hagenow Foundation supports charitable and benevolent initiatives in Schleswig-Holstein and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania that are dedicated to the physical or mental development of people with disabilities. Grants are awarded in the form of monetary and in-kind donations, with both non-profit organizations and private individuals eligible to apply. Projects with profit motives are excluded, as are initiatives already funded by other sources. By providing ongoing subsidies, the foundation particularly supports projects for which no alternative funding sources exist, thereby strengthening the social participation and inclusion of those affected in the region.

Projects in the fields of social affairs, health, education, work, as well as vocational training and further education are eligible for funding. Funds are allocated on a continuous basis, and applications can be submitted at any time. The aim of the grants is to open up sustainable development opportunities for people with disabilities and to relieve families through targeted individual assistance. The selection process ensures that the proposed measures comply with the funding criteria and are implemented in institutions of the Lebenshilfewerk Mölln-Hagenow or comparable structures. Interested initiatives and individuals will find a reliable partner in the foundation for non-commercial projects that contribute to strengthening the community.
