Funding by the Möllerstift Foundation

The Möllerstift Foundation continuously supports non-profit initiatives in North Rhine-Westphalia, primarily in the Bielefeld districts of Brackwede, Quelle, and Ummeln. As a grant provider, it supports projects aimed at children and youth, people with disabilities, and seniors. Eligible applicants include associations, public-law institutions, interest groups, and educational institutions that are committed to long-term social cohesion, education, health, or social participation. A special focus lies on developing innovative concepts and, after successful establishment, transferring them to suitable organizations for independent continuation. Ongoing application submissions enable flexible planning and implementation of tailored initiatives for child and youth development, inclusion, elderly care, as well as vocational training and further education.

A prerequisite for a successful application is a location in Bielefeld (Brackwede, Quelle, or Ummeln), the project’s orientation towards one of the defined target groups, and a commitment to sustainable project implementation and handover. With professional advice and financial resources, the Möllerstift Foundation supports initiators throughout all phases—from the initial idea development to the transfer to local partners. Through its strong local presence and focus on community projects, the funding significantly contributes to improving the quality of life for disadvantaged groups and creating sustainable structures for future generations. Interested project leaders may submit funding applications at any time and thus jointly set new impulses for a solidarity-based coexistence together with the foundation.
