Funding of the UPFoundation (Cooperation/Project Partnerships)

The UPFoundation continuously supports non-profit organizations, public institutions, companies, as well as interest groups and associations based in Luxembourg in the development of innovative educational projects for children and youth. The focus is on initiatives that make a sustainable contribution to social cohesion, the promotion of democracy, and equal opportunities. Funding is provided for collaborations between civil society actors, public partners, and businesses that aim to jointly implement new formats for vocational and further education, leisure pedagogy, or interactive learning modules. The UPFoundation grants a subsidy to initiate and scale projects with concrete impact in Luxembourg. Partnership requests can be submitted at any time, allowing for high flexibility in project planning.

For a funding commitment, a detailed project description and a meaningful partner profile must be submitted. A verified location in Luxembourg and an official partnership request to the UPFoundation are prerequisites. The funding areas range from formal and non-formal education to engagement for democracy and labor market-related social projects. Interested organizations and companies benefit from a strong network, practice-oriented support, and the opportunity to establish long-term effective educational offerings together with the UPFoundation.
