Description
The funding guideline "Care – WoLeRaF" aims to establish new outpatient supervised shared living arrangements in Bavaria and to sustainably improve the quality of life for those in need of care as well as their relatives. Investments in building technology, equipment, and furnishings are supported, as well as professional consulting and training measures. Eligible to apply are companies, non-profit organizations, public institutions, and private individuals with headquarters or business premises in Bavaria who can demonstrate their professional qualifications in care and present a convincing concept for an outpatient shared living arrangement. Ongoing application submission allows for flexible planning and implementation of innovative care ideas. In the selection process, the Bavarian State Office for Care places particular emphasis on the feasibility of the concept, the economic efficiency of the project, and the concrete contribution to improving care conditions.
The grant program is intended not only to strengthen the structural infrastructure but also to promote professional competence in outpatient care. Eligible expenses include, in particular, structural modifications, barrier-free design of living spaces, as well as advanced and continuing education for care professionals and relatives. Operating costs or retroactive expenses are not eligible for funding. A detailed financing plan and a precise project description form the basis for the application evaluation. By pooling expertise and resources, the program makes an important contribution to relieving caregiving relatives and creates vibrant living arrangements centered on self-determined living and shared daily routines.
