Funding of Social Projects (Adalbert Raps Foundation)

The Adalbert-Raps Foundation enables non-profit organizations in Upper Franconia to finance social projects with sustainable added value. Projects that act preventively against disadvantage and strengthen social participation are supported. As a grant provider, the foundation offers funding of up to €10,000; applications below this amount are reviewed continuously. Higher funding amounts are considered at the foundation meetings on 22.06.2026, 19.10.2026, and 30.11.2026. Prerequisites for a grant include proof of non-profit status (tax exemption certificate), the organization’s location and activities in Upper Franconia, and timely submission before the specified deadlines. Eligible expenses include personnel costs and material resources. In the selection process, the project’s effectiveness, long-term sustainability aspects, as well as transparency and efficiency play a central role.

Digital applications are submitted by e-mail using the respective application documents: signed funding guidelines, application form, cost and financing plan, tax exemption certificate, and the organization’s statutes. Project leaders thus receive a clearly structured process and can professionally present their financing concepts. Through its commitment, the foundation contributes to making the social infrastructure in Bavaria future-proof and creating role models for cooperative solution approaches.
