Support for Agri-Environmental and Climate Measures in Saxony-Anhalt (Guideline AUKM)

Companies are also eligible to apply, provided the conditions—such as the exclusive management of eligible areas within the defined region and the absence of other legally mandated funding obligations—are met. Funding is provided as a grant, the amount of which varies depending on the reference size and measure. For example, in organic farming, grants are paid per hectare of arable land, grassland, vegetable cultivation, or permanent crops, while subsidized amounts per hectare are available for the establishment of flowering strips or the extensive management of permanent grassland. The funding period generally lasts 60 months, with applications required to be submitted before the start of the respective commitment period.

The funding underlines the commitment of the state of Saxony-Anhalt to promote sustainable and environmentally conscious agriculture.
