Description

The funding of external counseling and support institutions by the AMS supports providers nationwide in offering labor market-related services. It is granted as a subsidy and has been continuously available since 01.01.2013 until the funding volume is exhausted. The goal is to increase the employability of those seeking advice, to build specific networks for targeted placement, as well as to stabilize employment relationships and provide support during vocational training. Furthermore, access to job-related education and further training should be facilitated, integration opportunities in the labor market increased, and concrete steps to improve individual career prospects promoted.

Eligible for funding are external counseling and support institutions commissioned by the Public Employment Service. A prerequisite for a grant is a coherent counseling and support concept, proof of sufficient counseling capacities, a detailed cost and financing plan, as well as an established quality management system. These documents must be submitted in the appropriate form when applying. Approval is granted by the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs, Health, Care and Consumer Protection, Section IX (AMS). Applications can be submitted at any time as long as funds are available. Further details and application instructions are available on the AMS website at www.ams.at.
