The funding has been ongoing since 11.09.2013 without a time limit, thereby providing continuous support for regional development and the sustainable expansion of agricultural land.

Eligibility Requirements and Eligible Expenses
Applicants eligible for funding are land consolidation associations and enterprises that have initiated a land consolidation procedure under a regulation or an official notice. Funding prerequisites include budgetary coverage in the work plan, a written confirmation of factual and arithmetic accuracy by the operations manager, and the submission of original invoice documents. Eligible expenses include the expansion of farm roads, the establishment of drainage ditches, the construction of culverts and bridges, as well as accompanying cultivation measures. An internal service instruction from Department 4b is required for application submission. Through this transparent structure and clear guidelines, the program provides a reliable basis for sustainable infrastructure projects in the rural areas of Burgenland.
