Promotion of Visits to the State Capital of Tyrol - "Innsbruck Campaign"

The "Innsbruck Initiative" enables primary, middle, special, and lower secondary school classes from the Tyrolean districts of Imst, Schwaz, Kufstein, Kitzbühel, Landeck, Reutte, and Lienz to explore the state capital Innsbruck as part of funded educational visits. This grant is aimed at educational institutions and supports organized excursions in the fields of history, culture, and city exploration. The goal is to design learning processes in a practical manner, strengthen interest in regional identity, and provide students with a vivid insight into urban life. The funding is ongoing, allowing classes to submit an application at any time before the project begins.

A prerequisite for granting the subsidy is a written application to the Department of Early Childhood Education and General Education of the State of Tyrol. The fully completed funding application must be submitted before the start of the project; no further documents are required. Eligible expenses include travel costs, entrance fees, and educational supervision within the framework of the visit program. The amount of the grant is based on the guidelines for the "Promotion of Visits to the State Capital of Tyrol" and is approved upon submission of the application. Educational institutions benefit from a straightforward process and free application submission.
