Description
The State of Tyrol supports non-profit educational institutions, public-law entities, and local authorities with a permanent grant program, provided their projects make a significant contribution to the further development of the Tyrolean educational landscape. Priority is given primarily to compulsory schools and childcare facilities, but legal entities under private law without profit motives are also eligible for funding. Due to continuously open submission deadlines, applicants can respond flexibly to educational needs and sustainably establish innovative learning concepts, including vocational training and continuing education. The goal is to set forward-looking impulses for curriculum design, digital pedagogy, and inclusive educational models in all Tyrolean regions.
To apply, a fully completed standardized application form must be submitted, which, in addition to a comprehensive project description, includes a detailed budget plan. Additionally, bank account details and information on any ongoing or completed funding applications for the same project must be provided. Proof of appropriate use of funds is required after project completion in the form of an activity report and payment receipts. For funding amounts up to €5,000, an advance payment may be granted upon request; higher advances require a separate justification. With this measure, the State of Tyrol promotes professional diversity and enables non-profit organizations to sustainably expand educational partnerships and fully exploit regional innovation potential.
