Description
In the state of Carinthia, the Office of the Carinthian State Government (Department 13 – Society and Integration) continuously supports non-profit initiatives, associations, and interest groups with family policy projects. Projects that serve a family and social policy measure in the public interest and focus on the fields of social affairs, children & youth, as well as work & social issues are funded. The funding is provided as a grant and is exclusively aimed at non-profit organizations that address issues related to family and society in the public sphere. Applications can be submitted without time limitation to realize demand-oriented services throughout Carinthia and thus sustainably enhance the quality of life for families.
Several requirements must be met for a successful application: A subsidy application must be submitted to Department 13 by April 30 of each year, accompanied by a detailed financing plan to ensure full funding. Project activities may only commence after receiving the written approval from the state of Carinthia. The use of funds must comply with the principles of economy, efficiency, and appropriateness. Within three months after project completion or by March 31 of the following year at the latest, a report on the use of funds including original invoices and payment receipts must be submitted. In this way, the funding of family policy projects in Carinthia contributes to supporting committed organizations in implementing innovative and sustainable services for families.
