Funding of Companies with State Participation

The program "Support for Companies with State Participation" enables companies in which the State of Tyrol holds direct or indirect shares to receive financial grants to strengthen key areas of responsibility. Since June 12, 2013, applications can be submitted at any time, as the funding period is unlimited. The aim is to support activities in the fields of energy supply, transport, infrastructure, non-profit housing construction, health & social affairs, as well as culture. A budgeted volume of approximately EUR 195.7 million is available as funding, which is distributed flexibly according to individual project needs. The type of funding is designed as a direct grant and supports strategically significant projects that are in the ownership interest of the State of Tyrol.

A prerequisite for a grant is a verifiable participation relationship with the State of Tyrol. For application submission, an annual financial statement of the funding year must be provided, which serves as the basis for determining the amount of the grant. The program is aimed at all companies and enterprises with state participation and offers comprehensive support for projects in the aforementioned thematic areas. Additionally, the provisions of the General Funding Guidelines of the State of Tyrol (October 15, 2013) apply as the legal basis.
