Funding for Institutions of Eviction Prevention: In Vorarlberg, a grant program is offered that supports institutions in actively preventing evictions through targeted information, counseling, and networking efforts. Non-profit organizations, public institutions, and companies that serve as contact points for those affected and system partners, operate clearing and first-contact centers, and develop prevention models in cooperation with municipalities, housing developers, and social institutions are eligible for funding. The measures also include the development of action strategies, coordination of all project partners, evaluation and documentation, as well as the organization of training measures, networking, and public relations.

The grant is awarded indefinitely and continuously. Applicants must demonstrate professional qualifications in the field of eviction prevention and submit the following documents: a business plan with a description of services, balance sheet or accounting, a current activity report, and a service agreement. The funding authority is the Office of the Vorarlberg State Government, Department of Society, Social Affairs, and Integration. This funding contributes to sustainably reducing the loss of housing and strengthening those affected early on in their legal, social, and financial situation.
