Description

The funding is aimed at individuals who have their main residence in Upper Austria and wish to independently implement projects or activities. Measures that are independently planned and carried out by young people (individuals) are supported, with a focus on youth-related topics in the areas of children and youth as well as work & social affairs. Funds from this grant can be used, for example, for workshops, social initiatives, or creative actions that contribute to strengthening social skills, identity formation, and social participation of young people. Applications can be submitted continuously during the first quarter of the year. Requirements include proof of status as an individual youth from Upper Austria as well as acceptance of the general funding guidelines of the State of Upper Austria and the funding principles of the Youth Department.

For a complete application, a completed online form, a detailed financing plan, and a comprehensive project description must be submitted. Additional evidence or original documents may be requested if necessary. The commission evaluates applications based on their relevance to youth, the sustainability of their impact, and the planned target group work. The primary target group is persons up to 25 years of age, although accompanying persons may also be included in the concept. The grant is provided as a non-repayable subsidy; accounting and proof of use must be submitted on time in accordance with the requirements. Overall, this offer provides a straightforward opportunity to independently implement projects and thereby contribute to the community and personal development of young committed individuals in Upper Austria.
