Description
The funding of youth associations in Burgenland provides non-profit interest groups and associations with continuously available financial support to expand offerings for children and young people. The focus is on projects related to leisure activities, traffic education, and addiction prevention. As direct grants, the funds enable the implementation of workshops, driving trainings, and prevention events aimed at sustainably strengthening social cohesion and promoting responsible behavior in public spaces. Applications can be submitted at any time, allowing associations to realize their projects flexibly and promptly.
Eligible for funding are interest groups or other non-profit associations based in Burgenland that demonstrate their eligibility through a written application. A detailed project description including a financing plan, as well as proof of personal and factual eligibility according to §§ 1 and 2 of the Burgenland Youth Promotion Act 2007, are prerequisites. A completed funding application must be submitted as part of the documentation. For interested applicants, the Office of the Burgenland Provincial Government offers a competent contact point for processing and consultation. The open deadline structure ensures that associations remain independent in their planning and can realize their ideas for youth promotion in Burgenland in a long-term and targeted manner.
