Promotion of Art and Culture in Hesse

The funding program "Support for Art and Culture in Hesse" assists cultural institutions, cultural initiatives, and cultural practitioners from various disciplines in the realization of innovative artistic and cultural projects. In addition to fixed-amount financing, flat-rate material expenses amounting to 5% of eligible costs may also be considered – always in compliance with the specified funding conditions. The evaluation of applications is based on criteria such as the necessity of funding, completeness, and the cost-effectiveness of the cost and financing plan. This ensures that only projects with a commendable state interest are shortlisted.
