Description
Funding for Charging Infrastructure for Electric Vehicles in Saxony-Anhalt supports municipal institutions, energy suppliers, small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as non-profit organizations in establishing publicly accessible charging stations. The program promotes investments in AC and DC charging points, including grid connection and civil engineering work, as well as planning and approval costs. With a funding rate of 40% to 60%, applicants can receive up to €50,000 per charging point. Requirements include an operating or registered office address in Saxony-Anhalt, technical documentation of the charging facility, as well as evidence of cost estimates and qualified contractor offers. Applications are submitted via a standardized application form along with a site plan, grid connection confirmation, and proof of legal form. Operating costs, retroactive expenses prior to the grant approval, and flat-rate administrative costs without documentation are not eligible for funding.
