Description

The Bürgerstiftung Grevenbroich supports charitable and social projects in Grevenbroich and the surrounding area with the aim of sustainably strengthening community cohesion and quality of life locally. Initiatives are funded in the areas of social affairs, child and youth welfare, education, commitment to social cohesion and democracy, environmental and nature conservation, as well as energy efficiency and climate protection. Projects already realized range from the renovation of playgrounds to holiday programs for children and youth, as well as educational and meeting formats in public spaces. Funding is provided as a lump-sum grant and can be applied for continuously as long as funds are available.

Eligible for funding are non-profit organizations, interest groups, associations, as well as committed individuals and public institutions with a registered office or area of activity in Grevenbroich. A clearly social or charitable project character is a prerequisite.
