Description

The VINCI Foundation for Social Responsibility supports innovative initiatives of non-profit associations and legal entities throughout Germany and Austria that accompany disadvantaged individuals on their path to sustainable employment. With financial grants ranging from €5,000 to €20,000 and complementary know-how sponsorship by expert mentors from the VINCI Group, projects in the areas of social integration, education and training, as well as commitment to social cohesion and democracy are supported. A prerequisite for funding is proof of a registered, non-profit organizational structure, a project location in Germany or Austria, and a permanent orientation of the project objectives.

The goal is to strengthen social cohesion and provide marginalized individuals with effective prospects through qualification measures, mobility offers, and vocational training. The selection of project proposals takes place at least twice a year on fixed dates; information on deadlines will be announced in due time. Since 2010, the VINCI Foundation has focused on sustainable impact: in addition to financial contributions, voluntarily engaged employees serve as mentors to impart transfer knowledge for organizational and technical challenges. Non-profit associations and similar organizations presenting forward-looking concepts for vocational integration thus receive not only financial resources but also competent support in implementing their projects.
