Funding for fast-charging infrastructure for commercially used and municipal utility vehicles

The Arnsberg District Government supports the expansion of fast-charging infrastructure for commercially used and municipal commercial vehicles in North Rhine-Westphalia through a grant program. The aim of this initiative is to specifically promote charging points that enable rapid electric refueling and thus make an important contribution to emission reduction in fleet operations. Both public institutions and private enterprises are eligible to apply. Funding is provided primarily for the planning, construction, and installation costs of the charging infrastructure. Although the program is currently suspended (since 25.03.2026 no current deadlines are available), it provides a clear framework for future funding calls in the field of e-mobility. The funding is aimed at all those who wish to ecologically improve their logistical processes and contribute to climate-friendly mobility.
