Description
The funding program of the State of Burgenland supports consolidation communities in the professional implementation of land consolidation procedures. The focus is on the precise surveying and marketing of newly created plots as well as the proper incorporation into the boundary cadastre. Since September 11, 2013, applications can be submitted continuously to apply for grants for the necessary surveying and marketing services. The measure particularly promotes the redesign of land structures and thus contributes to efficient land management and the strengthening of rural infrastructure. The target group includes all consolidation communities in Burgenland that operate within the framework of officially initiated procedures.
Funding is provided, among other things, for costs for law firms, personnel costs for surveying assistants, marketing services, as well as costs for service vehicles. A prerequisite for the grant is a formally initiated procedure by ordinance or decree, budgetary coverage in the work plan, as well as factual and arithmetic confirmation by the operations manager. Additionally, complete invoice documents must be submitted. The internal service instruction of Department 4b must be attached to the application. Through the ongoing call for proposals, the program offers maximum flexibility and planning security for projects of any size.
