Funding for Environmental and Energy Consulting

Within Upper Austria, the Corporate Environmental Initiative offers comprehensive, subsidized consulting services specifically tailored to companies across all sectors, associations, religious and social institutions, as well as municipalities. Expert consultants from the Upper Austrian Energy Saving Association and the Upper Austrian Climate Alliance identify on-site potentials in the areas of energy efficiency, renewable energies, climate protection, mobility, environmental management, and eco-labels. Based on a detailed consulting report, savings opportunities and practical recommendations for action are presented with regard to resource conservation, emission reduction, and sustainable business practices. Informal application submission is possible at any time, independent of the annual budget, and does not require extensive formalities.

All eligible expenses for the consulting services are covered 100%, with the funding granted as a non-repayable subsidy. Eligible participants include small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), interest groups, other associations, non-profit organizations, and public institutions located in Upper Austria. A prerequisite is consulting on one of the topics defined in the Corporate Environmental Initiative program as well as the preparation of a final report by the consultants. This funding offer thus specifically supports the identification of optimization potentials and the implementation of cost-efficient environmental measures. Interested organizations can apply for the funding informally at any time and thereby benefit from tailored expertise that combines ecological and economic advantages in one step.
