Description
Funding for training courses for day mothers and fathers in the state of Styria supports, as subsidy providers, those organizations that have been officially recognized by the state government and authorized to conduct training courses. The funding program aims to reduce the financial expenses for the planning and implementation of qualified further training for day mothers and fathers. The funds are continuously available and can be applied for without time limitation since 15.10.2013. A prerequisite is the submission of the application before the start of the respective course as well as approval by the competent specialist department of the Styrian state government.
For a successful application, organizers must submit the official recognition as a course provider, the approved schedule including internship components, a list of instructors, participant and graduate lists, as well as original invoices with proof of payment. Only the documented costs of the training courses are eligible for funding. As part of performance monitoring, random checks on compliance with the schedule and internships are carried out by state authorities, along with verification of the submitted invoices. The goal is transparent use of the funds and the sustainable assurance of high-quality care services through qualified day parents.
