The Founders Foundation ACCELERATOR is a free sponsorship program in North Rhine-Westphalia that paves the way for scalable B2B tech startup teams to successfully launch their products after achieving problem-solution fit. Over five months, founders receive individual coaching, topic-specific workshops, and mentoring from an international network of entrepreneurs with extensive experience in successful capital raising and revenue responsibility. The focus is on active preparation for product-market fit and subsequent scaling: participants benefit from roundtables, Q&A sessions, and community events that enable intensive exchange with hidden champions, global market leaders, and top investors. Without fees and without giving up equity, the focus remains entirely on strengthening business ideas and expanding sales, organizational, and financial competencies.

Complementary founder teams with a scalable B2B tech business idea that have already secured initial pilot customers and have a connection to the Ostwestfalen-Lippe region are supported. Selection is based on criteria such as team complementarity, problem-solution fit, regional anchoring, and industry focus. Applications require a completed form, a (video) interview, and a pitch before a professional jury. The Founders Home provides an inspiring workspace with a barista coffee machine and rooftop terrace, while individual coaching sessions and exclusive closed events sharpen the focus on financing strategies, sales & marketing, product development, and organizational setup. Through intensive exchange with mentors, corporate representatives, and experts, a solid foundation is created to sustainably unlock the market potential of the products and successfully master the next growth step.
