Description

FutureCoaching+ by the StudienStiftungSaar is aimed at prospective students and upper secondary school students in Saarland and promotes future-oriented educational decisions with a holistic orientation concept. From the age of 16, certified talent diagnostics enable the precise identification of individual strengths and interests. In personal one-on-one sessions with experienced coaches, the diagnostic results are discussed and concrete perspectives are developed together. The offering is complemented by access to practical workshops and seminars – ranging from conflict management and learning techniques to study preparation and insights into financing models – as well as visits to local companies. This creates a close link between school, university, and later entry into the professional world.

The funding is open to all individuals residing in Saarland who are older than 16 and younger than 30 years, who attend or have completed upper secondary school and are not yet enrolled at a university. Special consideration is given to applicants whose parents do not hold a university degree. A subsidy model ensures free participation, with ongoing application submission through the digital applicant portal. Evaluation criteria include residence in Saarland, maximum age, and first-time student status. Continuous funding opportunities allow for flexible application submission. With this program, the foundation strengthens young talents, opens up career and study paths early on, and supports tailored decisions – a central element of its commitment to Saarland.
