The goal of FutureCoaching+ is to support upper secondary school students and individuals with university entrance qualifications in Saarland in their orientation towards vocational training or studies. Through certified talent diagnostics, personal coaching, workshops, seminars, and company visits, strengths and interests are identified, and initial professional as well as academic perspectives are opened up.

Description
FutureCoaching+ by StudienStiftungSaar offers upper secondary students and prospective university students up to 30 years old in Saarland comprehensive guidance on study and career fields. Using certified talent diagnostics, individual strengths and inclinations are identified and then deepened in personal coaching sessions. Additionally, workshops and seminars on topics such as learning techniques, conflict management, as well as study preparation and financing enable targeted development. Company visits provide insights into the practice of Saarland businesses and create valuable connections for initial career perspectives. As an ongoing program, the non-profit StudienStiftungSaar awards FutureCoaching+ as a grant to provide orientation to young talents and secure the regional skilled workforce of the future.
Eligible to participate are youths in the upper levels of secondary schools as well as individuals with university entrance qualifications who are not yet enrolled and reside in Saarland. Applications are accepted quarterly, for example until 30.06.2026 for the 2nd quarter. In the case of equal qualifications, applicants from non-academic family backgrounds are given priority. Registration is continuous via the central application portal of StudienStiftungSaar. With FutureCoaching+, the foundation lays the groundwork for well-informed decisions in vocational training and studies, thereby promoting sustainable educational pathways in the TalentRegionSaar.
