Gastronomy Funding of the State of Upper Austria for the Period 01.01.2024 – 31.12.2026

Gastro Funding of the State of Upper Austria 2024–2026 supports small and medium-sized gastronomic businesses in Upper Austria with material investments. During the funding period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2026, non-repayable grants are provided for structural measures as well as operational and business equipment. The goal is to strengthen modern and future-proof gastronomy concepts, secure jobs, and promote the regional economy. The funding is granted as de minimis aid in accordance with EU law and national guidelines; repayment may be required in case of violations of the provisions.

Eligible are companies with a valid trade license to operate a gastronomic business, employing a maximum of 15 full-time equivalent employees at the investment location and operating up to seven sites. The application documents to be submitted include the “Guidelines for Gastro Funding 2024–2026” (PDF) and the “Invoice Compilation (LWLD-Wi/E-11a).” Applications can be submitted by eligible businesses throughout the entire funding period.
