Description
The state funding program Horizon Europe Application Ready offers companies of all sizes and research institutions with headquarters or a verified branch office in Upper Austria the opportunity to professionally prepare their EU funding applications within the framework of the Horizon Europe program. Non-repayable grants of up to €25,000 will be awarded during the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2026 to cover preparatory work and related expenses for the application process. This offer is equally aimed at small, medium, and large organizations and supports innovative projects in the field of research & innovation.
The goal of the program is to increase the quality and competitiveness of project proposals from Upper Austria at the EU level. Only costs directly related to the preparation of the funding application are eligible for support. A valid company headquarters or branch office in Upper Austria is a prerequisite for the application. The submission must include “Annex A – Funding Application Expanding Horizon Europe” as well as the “Guidelines for the State Funding Program Horizon Europe Application Ready 2024–2026.” Applications are processed digitally via the Upper Austria Business Portal. Interested companies and research institutions benefit from this targeted support to optimally align their projects with the requirements of the EU Framework Program Horizon Europe and to increase their chances of success in the submission process.
