The DIETMAR FREIER FOUNDATION offers a nationwide, individual case-by-case funding for students in the field of Social Work. With flexible grants, financial bottlenecks are compensated for, which could otherwise jeopardize the continuation of studies. Applications can be submitted at any time and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the foundation’s committees. A valid enrollment in the Social Work degree program and proof of an acute need that enables smooth and focused continuation of studies are prerequisites. The funding covers both regular semester periods as well as final theses or practical phases and equally takes individual life situations and emergencies into account.
