Description

The funding initiative "Inclusive Work" of the State of Tyrol supports people with disabilities aged 13 and over who have a high need for support on their way into regular employment relationships in the primary labor market. As a permanent grant, private individuals can apply at any time; approval is granted from the month the application is received and is awarded for a maximum of five years. The goal is to strengthen social participation through individually needs-oriented support: this includes application training, job acquisition and adaptation, mentoring, mobility training, as well as the coordination of personal assistance at the workplace. The support is based on the principles of help towards self-help, resource orientation, empowerment, and interaction on an equal footing.

A prerequisite for funding is proof of a disability according to § 3 lit. a TTHG, main residence in Tyrol, as well as the prospect of significant participation enhancement. Austrian citizens or those with equivalent status can submit application forms and required documentation at any time online to the Department of Inclusion and Child and Youth Welfare of the State of Tyrol. A standardized application form and proof of eligibility criteria must be attached. The accompanying service providers work flexibly in the participants' living and working environments and adhere to regular reflection and evaluation cycles to continuously further develop the quality of services. Interested parties can obtain detailed information on funding requirements and application documents from the Department of Inclusion and Child and Youth Welfare of the State of Tyrol.
