InnoGrowth SH

InnoGrowth SH offers start-ups, small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as growth-oriented mid-sized companies in Schleswig-Holstein the opportunity to specifically strengthen their economic equity. Innovative business models from the areas of ecological, digital, or social innovations with group revenues of up to EUR 75 million and a registered office or branch in the state are eligible for funding. The silent or open participation provides financing options of up to EUR 1.3 million with creditworthiness-dependent conditions and terms of seven to ten years. This improves the company’s rating with banks and facilitates the acquisition of additional external capital. Applications can be submitted continuously until July 31, 2026; prior consultation with the funding advisors of the Investitionsbank Schleswig-Holstein (IB.SH) is recommended.

As a complementary instrument to the Innovationsfonds SH, InnoGrowth SH specifically supports company start-ups, growth-oriented expansions, succession arrangements, and measures to increase liquidity. Projects aimed at restructuring or refinancing existing bank liabilities and companies in difficulty pursuant to Art. 2 No. 18 GBER are excluded. The Investitionsbank Schleswig-Holstein, in cooperation with the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau and MBG Mittelständische Beteiligungsgesellschaft Schleswig-Holstein mbH, provides the participation funds. This program promotes not only technological innovations but also socially and ecologically sustainable business models. Companies in Schleswig-Holstein thus receive a solid foundation for innovation boosts and future growth.
