Description
The funding program InnoImpact supports innovative founders and small startup teams in the field of social entrepreneurship in Hamburg with a non-repayable grant. A flat rate of EUR 2,500 per person per month is available for up to 18 months, with a maximum of EUR 75,000 per team or EUR 45,000 for individual founders. Eligible companies must be younger than two years, employ no more than ten staff members, and have their registered office or main residence in Hamburg. Project objectives must pursue social or ecological innovations to solve societal problems and make a clear contribution to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
The funding rate is 100%, covering living expenses as well as all costs associated with the startup project, including salaries. Evaluation criteria include the level of innovation of the concept, sustainability and common good orientation, contribution to the UN SDGs, and economic success potential. Applications can be submitted at any time; required documents include a project description, a compelling pitch deck, and detailed materials for the selection committee. InnoImpact also offers support through pitch training and business model development consulting. The continuous submission option facilitates a flexible entry into the funding phase.
