Description
In the federal state of Tyrol, innovation funding is directed towards cooperative projects that jointly develop new products, processes, or services and promote technology transfer. At least three partners – including two companies with a business license and at most one research institution – prepare a cooperation agreement in close coordination and implement a project with a duration of up to 24 months. Personnel costs, material costs, and project-related expenses of the partners based in Tyrol are funded, with a minimum total budget of €50,000. Investments by external partners outside Tyrol are not considered. The funding amount is up to €150,000 (up to €175,000 if a research institution is involved), with a funding rate between 50% and 100%, depending on the type of costs and the involvement of the research institution.
The call is conducted as a non-repayable grant in a call procedure until 31.12.2027 with recurring submission deadlines. Eligible applicants are micro-enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as a maximum of one large company and one research institution headquartered in Tyrol. Required documents include a project description, cost breakdown, company data of the partners, and the completed application form. The initiative promotes interdisciplinary collaboration and aims at the long-term strengthening of the regional economic and innovation landscape. Interested partners benefit from tailored financing that combines technical expertise and scientific competence, paving the way for pioneering solutions.
