Description
The State of Vorarlberg grants financial subsidies for innovative individual projects in agriculture within the framework of the Agricultural and Forestry Promotion Act (LFFG) as well as the General Funding Guidelines of the Vorarlberg State Government (AFRL). The aim is to strengthen forward-looking approaches on farms and in rural communities. Eligible to apply are natural and legal persons, interest groups, associations, and agricultural enterprises based in Vorarlberg. Funding is provided as a direct grant, with the allocated funds determined annually in the state budget. Funding applications can be submitted at any time; the start of the unlimited application period was January 1, 2013.
For the application, a completed funding request and a mandatory declaration in accordance with the AFRL are required. Additionally, a transparent presentation of costs and financing must be submitted. Beneficiaries receive a grant after positive evaluation for the implementation of technologically or organizationally innovative projects that serve regional preservation, animal welfare, resource efficiency, or diversification.
