INQA Coaching

INQA Coaching supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in digital transformation and the development of employee-oriented personnel policies. Nationwide INQA consulting centers (IBS) offer neutral initial consultations, assess eligibility for funding, and issue an INQA Coaching Voucher. Building on this, authorized INQA coaches accompany companies for up to twelve coaching days within seven months. The goal is the participatory development of tailored solutions for process optimization, innovation promotion, and securing skilled workers. The focus is on agile methods: employees form lab teams, a steering committee composed of management and staff guides the change processes, and in three phases – initial, innovation, and learning – sustainable concepts for a future-proof corporate culture are created.

The funding rate is 80% of the consulting costs, up to a maximum of €1,200 per coaching day. SMEs with fewer than 250 employees, headquartered in Germany, and with an annual turnover of up to €50 million (or a balance sheet total up to €43 million) can apply at any time. Requirements include at least one full-time employee subject to social insurance contributions and a company affiliation of two years (or five years in case of a change of legal form). Expenses for coaching days are eligible for funding; travel costs and consumables are excluded. A central coordination office ensures quality and networking among all stakeholders, documents good practices, and supports regional promotion of the program. INQA Coaching prepares companies for the digital future, fosters cultural change towards collaborative structures, and thus strengthens competitiveness and innovative capacity in the long term.
